"JARGON Free"

  "I was stuck without the use of my computer, which had decided not to work! However, I was glad to find a friendly voice on the phone when I called and spoke to Aruna, who explained everything in a jargon-free way and arranged for David to make a home visit. David was very helpful and was able to solve the problem on-site. I really appreciated his genuine and understanding approach and the chance to ask silly questions without feeling silly! Furthermore, David made helpful suggestions to improve the performance of my PC going forward. I would certainly turn to Aruna and Dave again in the future and have no hesitation in recommending their services to others.

  "I wasn’t very confident when using my PC and David instantly put my mind at ease by just saying “ Look, you are in control, switch your PC off”. I did and it felt great. I know it sounds strange because I’ve switched my PC off at least 60 times previously. However to suddenly realize that I have power over it and it doesn’t have power over me was exactly what I needed to be told at the time. David went on to say that PC confidence is dependent upon PC knowhow and experiences. He went on to suggest their 6 week PC training course. The course was held in very pleasant surroundings with high tech teaching aids. The other people on the course were all friendly and helpful. There must be many people in the same boat I was in. What an eye opener. The first week alone I was taught how to assemble a PC and all the different parts there are and their functions. I realize I will never want to do this however it was so interesting and I was so intrigued. After we assembled the PC David connected it to a monitor, mouse, keyboard and powered it on. 25 seconds later the PC was fully loaded with Windows 7 and we had built it. Yes, the 4 of us had built it and it worked. In fact it worked so well I ordered a new one from David. The five courses that followed were so interesting and worth every penny in reducing the mistakes I may have made if for nothing else. All the basics were covered on the subjects of hardware and the usual software programs. I may have struggled for years and still not reached that inner confidence within myself and my PC is now my friend. I have every confidence in recommending this course to absolute beginners or those who are struggling with their PC and without reservation those from 18 to 80.. First Class, Home Computer Services.
